Through local, state and national programs in prevention, intervention and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders, Judi’s contributions to education, healthcare, workforce development, criminal justice, military and Veterans are many. Following a decade of national service, Judi helped build the world’s first live, online SUD and addiction treatment programs with CRC Health Group and served as Senior Vice President with WestCare Foundation, Inc. Additionally, Judi has contributed as a National Board Member of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals and Justice for Vets (NADCP) and the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD).

Barney Singer, JD, EdD

A social change leader for more than 35 years in the public and private sectors, Barney’s experience working with substance abuse and addiction issues began in 1988. As Assistant Chief Counsel for Labor and Disability Policy at the US Small Business Administration, he worked with Congressional staff on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to ensure coverage for people confronting substance use and HIV. As Director of the Ryan White CARE Act’s Special Projects of National Significance Program at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Barney designed and oversaw $25 million in health-services research projects and multi-site evaluations. There he worked with interagency U.S. government task forces to fund projects on co-occurring mental health, HIV and substance use disorders. Barney subsequently joined the Academy for International Development (AED), where he ran Partnerships and Stakeholder Communications for the White House $2 billion National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign and oversaw a portfolio of projects to improve the health of young people and adults nationwide.

Barney’s current $300 million portfolio at FHI 360, an international development organization working in more than 60 countries, includes projects addressing numerous public health and social development challenges.

Robin Rudnikoff
Co-founder

Entrepreneurship in the medical field, primarily focused on SUD, addiction and co-occurring mental health issues with a focus on families, has been Robin's career. For 16 years, Robin owned and operated an education organization for actor members to workshop with active casting directors in Universal City and Burbank, CA, including a theater to facilitate theatrical performances. Robin also produced clinical video scripts and graphic content for America’s first live, online SUD and addiction treatment program to receive JCAHO and CARF accreditation. Concurrently, Robin collected 8,000+ hours of direct clinical supervision with a Davenloo-trained psychiatrist while serving as CEO and Director of Clinical Operations of a nonprofit, dual diagnosis, residential treatment program and also wrote and delivered continuing education courses for nurses and the US Department of Transportation through a civilian US military contractor.

Yi Jin, MD
Consultant

Dr. Jin’s early clinical experience led to decades of scientific research and the commercialization of his work and study findings. His academic focus has been the discovery of the neuro-physical process in normal and abnormal cognition. Using various types of sensory stimulations and neural-imaging recordings, he has found that the brain’s cognitive process can be considered an epiphenomenon of its underlying physical survival strategy, which follows strictly the laws of conservation. Over the past 35 years, Dr. Jin has studied EEG and many potential physical treatment technologies extensively, including repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS), which later evolved as NeuroEEG Synchronization Treatment (NEST), Magnetic EEG-guided Resonance Therapy (MeRT) and recently, ElectroMagnetic Brain Pulse (EMBP). He has pioneered a number of novel treatment protocols and founded several companies to further develop these technologies, quickly translating them to clinical applications. NeoSync, the Brain Treatment Center (BTC), and the Newport Brain Research Lab (NBRL) are just a few brain-treatment-related start-ups he has founded since 2007. Dr. Jin’s recent research involves treatment of viral infection and genomic and metabolic mechanisms of Type II diabetes.
